Just a quick update to let you know where things stand!
The shipping process will be concluded in January (unfortunately we weren't able to conclude it in December as originally planned, partially due to the holiday rush). We've now shipped about 60% of the remaining orders. So if you haven't received yours yet, don't worry - it's coming!
As soon as you receive your order, please take a look at our Help Center! The Getting Started section will be particularly helpful at first, so that you can start using your Findster Duo+ properly. Here's the quick setup tutorial , for starters!

Hello guys,
We know we haven’t posted an update in a while, and apologize for leaving you in the dark. However, we’re here to let you know where things stand - and we bring good news!
First things first: as you may have read, there was a change of plans earlier this year. We’ve halted production on Findster Duo to develop an upgraded version, including a new design and waterproof modules. This version is named Findster Duo+ and was initially concluded in October.
However, after we started shipping the new units, we detected a problem with some batches, related to the water resistance of the modules. We halted production, scrapped those batches entirely and focused on correcting the problem, to make sure it didn’t happen again. Due to this, shipping was necessarily delayed to November.
This leads us to today: the water resistance issues are now completely solved, and we’re getting ready to start the shipping process again!
So, to be clear:
-Backers who haven't received their Findster Duo orders yet will receive the new Duo+;
-These orders will start being shipped next Monday, November 27th;
-The plan is to conclude the shipping process during December;
-If you haven't filled it yet, make sure you fill your pre-shipping survey so we have all the necessary information to ship your order. You can do so here: https://findster-igg.backerkit.com/
-You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as we ship your Findster, and it should take about 3 business days to arrive after that.
Admittedly, this project has taken longer than we’d initially planned, and so we want to thank you for your patience during this process. We’re more committed than ever - you can be sure that you will receive your Findster and that it will work as promised! You can already preview the new Findster Duo+ at our website.

Hello guys,
Here we are with a new update, and we’re bringing the news you were waiting for! :)
As you might know, we planned to start shipping your orders during April. However, we faced some problems (related with quality control) which prevented this from happening. The good news is that we have now solved this matter and can finally start shipping!
We’ll be sending out a survey shortly in order to collect/confirm everybody’s shipping info, so keep an eye on your email! You’ll also be able to add extra modules to your order, if you wish to do so.
Orders will then start being shipped right away – you should receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched, and it should take about 3 days to arrive after that (depending on where you live).
If you’d like, you can already download the Findster Duo App – the iOS version is available on the AppStore, while Android version is available on the PlayStore. Please make sure that you download the Findster Duo App and not the Findster App (which is meant for a different product)! This is very important.
When you receive your Findster Duo kit, feel free to post pics, videos or comments! We’re very excited to share the final product with you all, and cannot wait to see/read/hear your reactions. Your feedback is really important for us, as it helps us realize what we’re doing right, and what we need to work on to keep improving our product every day. Either way, we really appreciate hearing from you!
Finally, to learn more about your Findster Duo (including how to set everything up, and answers to any questions or doubts you might have), feel free to check out our Help Center. Hello guys,
Here we are for our first update! As you might know, this campaign is a follow-up to our Kickstarter campaign for Findster Duo. It was over 500% funded during 45 days, by 1681 backers from over 60 countries. Thanks to them, Findster Duo is currently being produced and will become a reality!
During our campaign, we received some amazing media coverage:
